Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may be eligible to return the item for a refund. Please read our policy carefully.

1. Returns

Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery only.

To be eligible for a return, the product should met the following conditions:

  • It must be unwashed or unused.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all the tags attached.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., your order number).
  • Certain products (innerwear, custom-printed, and sale items) are non-refundable

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as sale items or gift cards.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by Email/Whatsapp.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, you must share an unboxing video as proof. Claims without an unboxing video will not be eligible for return or refund. Approved orders will be replaced or refunded at no additional costs

Exchanges are allowed for size or color issue, subject to stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, you can opt for a refund instead.
