Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may be eligible to return the item for a refund. Please read our policy carefully.
1. Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags intact.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., your order number).
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as sale items or gift cards.
2. How to Initiate a Return

In your email, please include your full name, order number, and the reason for the return. If the item is damaged, please include a photo. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
4. Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
